Figure eight from behind: | |
| When doing a figure eight from behind you start by moving your right hip backwards thereafter bringing it out in a circular movement - continue as far ahead as possible. Repeat the movement with your left hip and so forth making your hips describe a figure eight. When making this step you must make sure not to pull up your hip, in stead it must be pushed as far out to the side as possible - keeping the movement horizontal. Your upper body is absolutely still when doing this step. A figure eight from behind is the opposite of a regular figure eight. Below you can see how it is done. | |
