Regular figure eight: | |
| When doing a regular figure eight you start by
pushing your right hip forward thereafter bringing it outwards in a
circular movement - continue as far back as possible. Repeat the movement
with your left hip and so forth making your hips describe a figure eight.
When making this step you must make sure not to pull up your hip, in stead
it must be pushed as far out to the side as possible - keeping the
movement horizontal. Your upper body is absolutely still when doing this
step. A regular figure eight the opposite of a figure eight from
