Snake hands: | |
| Start by holding your hand in front of you
so you can see it. The palm is downwards and the wrist and hand is in
extension of the arm , 1. finger and 3. finger are nearest together as if
you were wearing zills. This is the neutral position.
Begin the movement by lifting the wrist. Next you lift the middle part of the hand and at the same time lower the wrist. End the movement by lower the hand and slightly lift the fingers. The hand shall imitate the movements of a snake. Take care that you do not bend the fingers too much they are almost straigth all the time. Begin very slowly in order to gain control over the movement that has to be sliding. See below how to do it. Imaging your are holding your right hand in front of you. | |
