Basic step 3, or drop the hip: | |
| This is one of the sharp steps normally we call
it a hip drop.When you perform the basic step 3 with the right hip you
will have your weight on you left leg. The heel of your right foot is a
little above the floor. Now push your right hip down and up again. The
upper body and the arms are completely still while you perform the step.
take care that you dont chance the level ( in short don't jump up and down
). See below how it looks.
