Butterfly:

When doing a butterfly you start by pulling your right hip upwards thereafter bringing it out and down as far as possible. Repeat the movement with your left hip and so forth making your hips describe a figure eight. When making this step you should imagine standing between two walls in a very narrow place securing that the movements are only sideways and not backwards and forwards. Your upper body is absolutely still when doing this step. This basic step - in Denmark called a butterfly - is one of the variations of figure eight. Below you can see how it is done. Imagine the picture being your reflection.
