| Stand on both feet with both knees slightly bent. Now bent and stretch the knees repeatedly. When the right knee is bent the left is stretched and so forth. Never stretch the knees completely. Begin slowly in order to gain control over the movement, then do it faster. When you do it right the movement of the legs will spread to the hips and tummy. Remember to keep a good posture and tuck in the pelvis so you are not hollow-backed. | |
